What is a labour hour?
A labour hour is one maid working for one hour. The formula is maids × on-site hours × rate. Two maids attending for one actual hour provide two labour hours, not one.
Hourly bookings have a 2-hour minimum in elapsed on-site time, whether one or two maids attend. Time can be added in 30-minute increments.

Regular Cleaning prices by frequency
Weekly and fortnightly schedules use the 10% recurring pricing table. Tri-weekly and monthly schedules use the 5% table. Exact amounts are rounded and stored in the active pricing configuration rather than calculated from marketing copy.

Fixed prices and final variation
- End of Lease starts at $220; Move In / Move Out starts at $190.
- Both use bedroom count, plus $50 when the property is furnished.
- Bathroom count does not change the current flat-rate base price.
- Optional extras add their displayed amount. Your calculator total updates before submission.
Supplies, payment and NDIS invoicing
- Maid Together provides products and equipment for flat-rate services.
- Hourly and NDIS bookings require a $45 customer-supplied or $50 Maid Together-supplied choice.
- Nothing is charged when you submit a standard booking; payment is collected after the clean.
- NDIS services are invoiced to the nominated recipient after delivered worker-hours are recorded.

Maid Together prices depend on the service and home details. Regular Cleaning starts at $150 one-off or $135 weekly or fortnightly for a one-bedroom home. Hourly Cleaning starts at $45 per maid, per hour when you provide products and equipment.

Are cleaning supplies included?
Products and equipment are included for Maid Together flat-rate services. Hourly and NDIS customers choose between providing them at $45 per maid, per hour or having Maid Together provide them at $50 per maid, per hour.
When is payment taken?
No payment is taken when the booking is submitted. A card payment method may be saved securely, but payment is collected after the completed clean. NDIS cleaning is invoiced after the completed service.
Which services can use WELCOME10?
WELCOME10 gives an eligible first-time customer 10% off one Regular or Hourly Cleaning booking. NDIS, End of Lease and Move In / Move Out Cleaning are excluded, and WELCOME10 does not stack with a recurring discount.
