Plan and self managed

NDIS Cleaning, Made Simple

Flexible domestic cleaning across Melbourne's northern suburbs for eligible plan-managed and self-managed customers, with clear hourly rates, secure participant information and an invoice after each completed clean.

Provider status and eligibility

Maid Together is not an NDIS-registered provider.

Plan-managed

May request service when the support is included and funded in the participant's current plan.

Self-managed

May request service and nominate the participant or another authorised invoice recipient.

Agency-managed

Customers who require an NDIS-registered provider are not supported.

Maid Together does not determine whether a support is claimable and does not imply NDIS endorsement. The participant or authorised organiser must confirm plan inclusion and available funding.

The rate is per cleaner, per delivered hour. Select one or two cleaners, at least 2 elapsed hours and one supply option. Two cleaners for one actual hour equal two worker-hours.

How NDIS cleaning works

Provide service details

Choose the cleaners, hours, supply option, priorities and one-time or recurring frequency. Tell us about access, pets, sensitivities and communication needs.

Request and approval

The first request stays pending until Maid Together approves the time. Cleaner preferences can be requested but remain subject to availability.

Complete and invoice

After the clean, delivered worker-hours are recorded and an invoice is sent to the nominated participant or plan-manager recipient.

Recurring cleaning and cancellations

Choose a one-time, weekly, fortnightly, tri-weekly or monthly request. The first occurrence requires approval. Later occurrences follow the active service arrangement and schedule availability.

Changes and cancellations follow the current terms and conditions. Contact Maid Together as early as possible when participant needs, access or the service agreement changes.

Participant, organiser and plan-manager information

The request records the participant, authorised organiser and invoice recipient. Plan-managed requests also require the plan manager's name and invoice email. The organiser confirms authority, funding and the current service agreement before submission.

Privacy, screening and insurance

The participant's NDIS number is encrypted and ordinary screens show only the final four digits. The full number is used only for the final server-generated invoice, while access instructions are restricted and omitted from broad booking emails.
