Realistic Expectations
The amount of cleaning completed depends on the total labour hours you book and the condition of your home. A two-hour booking with one maid will cover less than a four-hour booking with two maids. We recommend prioritising your most important tasks so the cleaner can focus on what matters most to you.
For a routine whole-home clean, consider our flat-rate Regular Cleaning serviceinstead. It is priced by bedroom count and follows a standard room-by-room scope rather than stopping when a booked number of hours ends. End of Lease work is also better suited to its dedicated service because it has a more detailed vacate scope.

How is Hourly Cleaning priced?
The total is the number of maids multiplied by the on-site hours and the supply rate: $45 per maid, per hour with customer-supplied products and equipment, or $50 with Maid Together-supplied products and equipment.
What is the minimum Hourly Cleaning booking?
The minimum is 2 on-site hours with one or two maids. Time can then be selected in 30-minute increments.
Do two maids cost the same as one maid?
Two maids for one on-site hour and one maid for two on-site hours both equal two labour hours and have the same base total at the same supply rate. Two maids for two hours equal four labour hours and cost twice as much.
Will every task on my priority list be completed?
The cleaner or team works through your priorities during the booked time. Completion depends on the property's condition, access and task complexity, so a time-based booking does not promise that every listed task will be finished.
Can I use WELCOME10 on Hourly Cleaning?
An eligible first-time customer may use WELCOME10 once on an Hourly Cleaning booking. The 10% discount is calculated from the selected supply rate, maid count, hours and eligible extras.
