The standard scope covers accessible rooms and surfaces throughout the home. The following tasks are included in every booking:
The service targets normal dust and residue left by previous occupants, with attention to kitchens, bathrooms, floors, cupboards and drawers before belongings are unpacked. Heavy construction dust, paint, adhesive and building debris need a specialist post-construction service.
Choose End of Lease Cleaning when a rental is being prepared for a formal bond inspection. Move In / Move Out Cleaning is for a practical moving-day refresh and is not identical to the vacate service.
The following are not part of the Move In / Move Out service. Some can be added as optional extras; others require specialist providers.
Move In / Move Out cleaning is a flat-rate service priced by bedroom count. Bathroom count does not affect the price. A furnished surcharge applies if the property has furniture at the time of cleaning.

Yes. Select the unfurnished or empty option. Clear surfaces and rooms give the cleaner the best access before unpacking or after belongings have been removed.
Cupboard and drawer interiors, the oven, dishwasher and accessible appliance surfaces are included in the standard scope. A full fridge interior clean is included for furnished properties and can otherwise be selected as an extra where available.

The base price is set by bedroom count from $190. A $50 surcharge applies when furniture remains, and optional extras are added separately.
