No payment is taken when you book — payment is collected after your clean is completed. A clean cannot guarantee a bond refund or property-manager approval.
Our End of Lease checklist goes beyond a regular clean. The following tasks are included in every End of Lease booking:
An unfurnished booking assumes belongings and loose rubbish have been removed so cupboards, floors and surfaces are accessible. Select furnished when furniture remains; the $50surcharge accounts for cleaning around accessible furniture, not moving heavy items.
Timing varies with property size, condition, access and extras, so no fixed completion time is promised. Tell Maid Together before the visit about unusually heavy soil, excessive rubbish, mould, damage or areas that may need specialist treatment.
The following are not part of the End of Lease service. Some can be added as optional extras; others require specialist providers.
End of Lease cleaning is a flat-rate service priced by bedroom count. Bathroom count does not affect the price. A furnished surcharge applies if the property has furniture at the time of cleaning.

End of Lease cleaning is available across Melbourne's northern suburbs, including Coburg, Brunswick, Preston, Reservoir, Mickleham, Craigieburn, Meadow Heights, Roxburgh Park, Greenvale, Broadmeadows and surrounding areas.
No. Maid Together provides a detailed vacate clean, but the landlord, property manager or RTBA determines the bond outcome. Pre-existing damage and work outside the booked cleaning scope can also affect an inspection.
The standard scope includes the oven interior and racks, stovetop, rangehood area, benches, splashback, sink, cupboard and drawer interiors, accessible appliance cavities and the dishwasher interior. Full fridge interior cleaning is not automatically included.
No. Maid Together vacuums accessible carpeted floors but does not provide carpet steam cleaning or professional carpet shampooing. Arrange that separately if your lease requires it.
The base price is set by bedroom count. A $50 furnished-property surcharge is added when furniture remains, and selected optional extras are added separately.
The property needs safe access, working electricity and power points, running water and lights. Remove belongings and rubbish that are not part of the booked cleaning scope and tell Maid Together about unusually heavy soil before the visit.
